Overview

AnyHealth is an assistant you text that collects your medical records and handles healthcare admin for you. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.

Information you give us. Details you enter during intake, such as your legal name, date of birth, addresses, other contact details, insurance, and the doctors and practices you have visited, along with anything you write in the intake chat.

Text messages and calls. Your mobile number, the messages you send AnyHealth and its replies, and recordings and transcripts of the calls AnyHealth places for you, including a sample of your voice if you give one.

Google Mail and Calendar, only if you choose the inbox scan. If you opt in, we ask Google for permission to read and organize your Gmail messages, to compose and send email on your behalf, and to view and edit your Calendar events. We use that access to find messages and appointments that relate to your medical care, to prepare and send records requests that you approve, and to add appointments to your calendar. If you choose manual entry we never ask for this access.

Technical information. Standard logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages you load, which our hosting providers record to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use your information to identify your healthcare providers, prepare and track requests for your medical records, show you what we have found, and operate, secure and improve the service. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

AnyHealth’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Gmail and Calendar data only to provide the features described above. We keep what is relevant to your medical care, such as the name of a practice and the date of a visit, and disregard the rest. We do not use this data to train generalized artificial intelligence models, and no person at AnyHealth reads it except with your permission, for security purposes, or where required by law.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run AnyHealth: OpenAI for AI models; Supabase for our database and authentication; Vercel for hosting; Linq for text messages; and Vapi and ElevenLabs for phone calls. We share your details with a healthcare provider or insurer only as part of a records request you have asked us to make, or a call or message you have approved. We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for their marketing, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Your information is stored with our service providers in the United States and is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and the information associated with it at any time by emailing roshan.kern@gmail.com. You can also withdraw AnyHealth’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
